Heating capacity: 10 kW electric resistance heating element, designed to be installed in the indoor air-handler cabinet.

Refrigerant compatibility: Built for systems using R‑454B (an A2L, mildly flammable refrigerant) so the heater kit is integrated with the safety and installation requirements of that refrigerant type.

Electrical spec: For U.S. market listings, the kit is rated at ~240 V single-phase (“Max 240 V, 60 A, 2 P” for the 10 kW version) in the installation manual.

Purpose & use: This kit gives the indoor unit supplemental or primary electric heat when the system needs additional heating capacity (for example when heat pump performance drops, or in colder conditions).

Installation conditions: When installed, the airflow across heating elements must be maintained; clearances, wiring, breaker/disconnect size and proper duct/air handler cabinet fit are important. Also, because of the refrigerant type, the environment must comply with safety/ventilation/leak detection provisions.
